Yeah, it's a brilliant job. Putting away all the dirty criminals. My next bounty is a Criminal, his last known victim was 2 years ago and he has murdered 15 people, all ninja's. There was no facial description as hes never been spotted. But there is one attribute that is really unique about this guy.

He has a Katana Cross with Icicle Tattoo at the top of his back, right side, last spotted here. Tell me if you see him, that'd be great ^^
