This thing eats chackra. yea its picky but it never gets tired of eating. Imagine if this thing ate up all juubis chackra. Do you think thats possible. Btw im not trolling this my honest opinion.

semehada has limits its not op its powerful but not overpowered another term people are getting confused on just like the term "plot hole" semhada was shown to have a limit of chakra it can take in at once it also showed a disadvantage at absorbing fire oriented justu not to mention characters who do not expel chakra mainly taijustu users should be fine and do not have to worry about their chakra being stolen because they do not utilize it in combat in a way that it would be used against them so it goes without assumption that the limit of chakra it can absorb at once is way below the threshold of the juubis overall chakra.Being able to absorb chakra and sending it back at someone only works to a certain point you have to take in the account of the users chakra limit as well so if anyone says kisames ultimate justu would work on juubi is dead wrong.

Samehada probably wouldn't be able to take the chackra due to the evil presence and aura about it, it'd probably get scared and not even try. Even of it does wouldn't it side with the Juubi because it favours the thing with the most chackra.
