If it absorbed more chakra than it could counter balance itself with, yes. It depends on the quantity and if it is allowe to leech chakra from the wilder to continue to counter and balance out chakra levels

OT: it cannot absorb senjutsu directly off a Sennin Mode user, but it can absorb jutsu that are infused with senjutsu
