Samehada can't absorb Amaterasu, because its even hotter than usual Katon. At the beginning of chapter 549 Samehada made a painful experience because of Itachis Katon.
Furthermore if Amaterasu would hit Bee(not transformed), it's over. Kawarimi no Jutsu woudn't work under those conditions. On the other hand it's due to Sasuke Bee could escape. If I remember correctly Gyūki was in heavy pain and coudn't do anything. At that time Sasuke segmented Gyūkis tail to save Karin, right? Bee used that possibility for Kawarimi no Jutsu.

Actually, Samehada CAN absorb amaterasu. It's a misconception that it can't, I debated this once.

OT: Samehada can absorb Susano'o, but it would take some time and it's dangerous to get that close to a Susano'o. A better option for Kisame if he was in an actual fight would be Great Shark Bullet, which also devours chakra.

Yes he reacted to the Heat AFTER it asborbed it that doesn't mean it can't absorb Amaterasu.

Samehada has his own consciousness and is able to act independently. If something is too hot, it would (probably) stop to consume chakra.
Yes, it had absorbed Itachis Katon, but afterwards it was painfull for Samehada. Amaterasu would hurt Samehada even more, because it's hotter. And that's [likely] the reason why it wouldn't absorb Amaterasu further.

I think it depends on the Susanoo. The type of the susanoo and the user play the main role here
