I think Samehada should be returned to Kiri when the war end or something. It wasn't really Kisame's to take and now that Kiri knows (probably) where it is, they should take it back and breed their new generation of the Seven Legendary Swordsmen of the Mist. I'm assuming that Chojurp is the only one left since, well, he's the only one we see and when the Edo Tensei brought back the dead Legendary Swordsmen, they had their swords summoned too which means that Kiri doesn't have those swords or no one at the present are currently using those swords cuz like, if the previous owner of Chojuro's sword was brought back to Edo Tensei and they tried summoning his sword then Chojuro's should disappear from his hand, right?

Yeah I guess so but I'm sure they can take the sword by force if they have to. Just imagine, they can "breed" a "new" Kisame with that sword!

No.
If the previous generation of edo swordsman will try to summon the swords then only those swords will appear in their hands which are not in possession of any alive ninjas.
For example: When the swords were summoned during 4th great ninja world war, Kisame's master Fuguki couldn't get the samehada as it was in possession of Killer B.

In the same way, if Chojuro's master will be brought back to life using edo tensei, he wouldn't be able to get the sword until the sword is in possession of Chojuro.

I made a thread about this before, some people agreed some did not, it was fun. :D

First of all NO, Hiramekarei couldn't disappear from Chōjūrō hands, cuz those other swords they summoned were stolen before and sealed in that scroll.

Second, YES, Killer B should return Samehada. Samehada is kind of a property of the Hidden Mist village, the Seven Ninja Swordsman need it, and all their other swords that were stolen.

Well, Kisame did it, I guess. I mean, he just took Samehada after he killed his master and didn't care to see if Samehada liked him or not. Plus, I think Kisame is only what he is because of Samehada. Remember this, a swordsman is only half as strong as his sword. I think this has been proven by Kisame already...
