I was wondering if Samahadi was related to a specific discipline or kkg. Koji kinda weird because he uses frog tech but not sage arts. Like how Oro uses snakes but isn't snake sage.

He might not even have undergone Toad Sage Mode training like Naruto did, which is an interesting thing to theorize. Judging by how Jigen talks of him and how he behaves then I'd say that Koji is extremely intelligent and tends to take things slowly. He seems to also have his own motivations for doing things in relation to Kara, yet he somewhat fears the organization. Hence he might not want to be there at all. What this brings to the table in relation to his toad summoning, Rasengan and other abilities is that he might just be a scientist instead of a Toad Sage.
He might have studied the "Great Hero who saved the world" and the powers this person possessed, that being Naruto. For what he couldn't copy in terms of Ninjutsu, he did through ninja-tech. Mutating and creating his own Toad monstrosities if required. As far as we know then there is no monopoly on being able to only summon toads from Mount Myoboku either. This can also means that his famous "Flame of Samahadi" might just well be a result of combining traditional Ninjutsu with Ninja-Tech to create a vastly superior attack.
