Company don't look at it like that if it is in area of production,maintenance or in utility men are hired for their efficiency and commitment towards work culture . Woman are comfortable in desk job rather than handling large machines .

But at the same time, since we know that business owners know of this clever trick, why haven't they implemented it fully? Why are there still a good amount of men employed?

Afterall, women do the same work, but for cheaper. This means men are now unemployable because they can be substituted.
