Salamanders are very unique and rare in Narutoverse. We've actually seen only one salamander, the boss Ibuse, which is the signature summon from Hanzō of the Salamander. Ibuso is a very venomous salamander whose poison has been proven to be fatal but can be healed with a correct antidote. Ibuse is very large, large enough for its summoner to stand on top of its head and can swallow numerous opponents. Ibuse is capable of concealing itself and navigating underground and is very resilient and thus can accommodate a lot of physical attacks with almost no damage. When Hanzō was battling with Ibuse's help, they've even succeded to defeat Three Sannin in their youth. This all proves how Ibuse and salamanders in general are a rather powerful summon.
*bites his own thumb on his right hand*
He does it to the point of when it even slightly starts bleeding. He ignores that little pain he feels and hardly concentrates on doing on performing the required technique. He starts channeling non-elemental chakra all around his right hand, concentrating it to the bitten thumb. While doing that, he carefully starts imagining the animal he wants to summon, a small salamander. He need to carefully think about how the animal looks and concentrate on summoning that exact one with exact prepeties. After some time of chakra gathering and thinking, he has a full picture of a wanted salamander in his mind and has enough chakra to perform this technique. When he considers he's ready, he raises his right hand up into the air and then rapidly slashes with it onto the ground whilst shouting: Kuchiyose no Jutsu! With all of that, he releases the chakra that he's collected and uses his blood to summon a salamander. A short-lasting smokescreen appears and when it dissapears, he finds himself with a cute little animal in his hand, a baby salamander. I'll call him Tony, he says.

After doing it, he starts bleeeding and ignores the pain that he feels. He starts gathering non-elemental chakra all around his left hand, concentrating it to the bitten thumb. While doing that, he carefully starts imagining the animal he wants to summon, a bit bigger salamander than he did before. But it is still a ather small salamander that is a bit bigger than his head. After some time of chakra collecting and thinking, he has a full picture of a wanted salamander pictured and has enough chakra to perform the Summoning Technique. He raises his left hand up into the air and then swiftly strikes the ground with an oped palm and says: Kuchiyose no Jutsu! He releases the chakra that he's channeled and uses his blood to summon a salamander. A short-lasting smokescreen appears and when it dissapears, he finds himself with beautiful female salamander standing in front of him. Hi, Sarah!, he says. And then, he releases her and thinks about summoning her again and bites the thumb on his right hand. But this time, he wants to make her even bigger than himself. For that, it takes more concentration and harder chakra gathering. But still after approximetely 10 seconds, he's ready to summon an evolved version of his female salamanderl. He places his right hand onto the ground and uses his blood and chakra to summon her. After a larger smokescreem, he raises his head a bit into the sky and looks at his beautiful creation. Welcome back, Sarah.
(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Ibuse) Summoning Technique: Ibuse
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A
Description:
Ibuse is a venomous salamander and Hanzō's signature summon. It was large enough for its summoner to stand on top of its head, easily fighting from that advantageous position. Ibuse is able to use (Ninpou: Dokugiri) - Ninja Art: Poison Mist from its mouth, which is capable of making the entirety of a victim's body numb just moments after inhalation and may eventually prove fatal, although these effects can be counteracted with the correct antidote. Ibuse is capable of concealing itself and navigating underground, even if its under the effects of an A-Rank technique. It can then resurface beneath Hanzō's enemies and swallow them, trapping them in its mouth until they have succumbed to the fatal effects of the poison. Ibuse is very resilient, taking little to no damage from B-Rank physical techniques (Earth, Water, Taijutsu, etc).
Note: can only be summoned once
Now summon a huge salamander one where you can stand on top but not big like a giant toad. After you summon him give me his strengths and weakness. And how you would use Ibuse.
*feels excited because he's going to summon the masterpiece himself*
He bites the thumb on his right palm and he starts bleeeding whilst ignoring the pain. He starts channeling non-elemental chakra all around his right hand, concentrating most of it to the bitten thumb. While doing that, he starts thinking about Ibuse, about every piece of him. It's even hard to think about his greatness, not to meantion creating him., he thinks. After a short ammount of time, he's done with of chakra gathering and thinking. He has a full picture of a giant salamander pictured and has the enormous amount of chakra to summon him. He raises his right hand into the air and then rapidly strikes the ground with an opened palm and shouts: Kuchiyose: Ibuse!. He suddenly releases the chakra that he's channeled and uses his blood and starts summoning him. A great amount of power and will is needed but after a few seconds, he does manage to summon him. A long-lasting, large smokescreen appears and when it vanishes, his sense finds him proudly standing on the head of an amazing summon and the king of the salamanders. Hello there, Ibuse. I hope we'll get allong well, he calmly and firmly says. But a dose of excitment and happinesas can be easily sensed in his voice.
Obuse is really a great summoning. The advantages of having him is that he is very resilient and physically strong and can bare a lot of hits and damage which means that he can serve as great defence. Also, he is able to go underground. He doesn't have many disadvantages, but there's one obvious; only Hanzō is able to use his Poison Mist technique, which is his signature move and definitely most powerful ability. Also, one is unable to use his poison in any way if he/she doesn't have medical train (if not being Hanzō).
I think that the best way to use Ibuse without being able to use his poison is in battle is his ability to go underground and pierce through up to A-rank Earth Release techniques. That is good because you can summon him and then hide him and make you opponent "stop thinking" about him while you're serving him/her many attacks. Then, Ibuse can come out in any moment and deal severe damage to your opponent using his physical strength. When I'm desperate, he's also good to hide behind him and use him as defence and then as a cover to perform hand seals and/or prepare for another technique.

Questions: Considering I'm not Hanzō, I cannot use the Poison Mist technique and considering I don't have medical training, I cannot make customs and combine his poison with chakra. But, is his blood still poisonous in a way that if a person gets in contact with his poisonus blood of saliva for example, does he/she get (serisouly) hurt? Does it affect me as well and do I have the antidote?

Well Ibuse can use the poison mist jutsu without you being med nin but it can hurt you. Yes you would be hurt unless you have the antidote same goes for his mist. You would need a gas mask to avoid the poison mist part. His blood can only be a problem to you if you swallow it or it gets into your system by other means. His poison would make you unable to move unless you have high amounts in your system which has been shown to lead to death.
