That's what I thought too a long time ago, but that's not the case. For one, that's biologically impossible to fit in two eyes in each socket and have them fuse. Obito explicitly stated that he transplanted Itachi's eyes into Sasuke, so he would have to remove Sasuke's original eyes for that. The principle of getting EMS is that once the user's light is extinguished, only a blood relatives eyes can bring forth a new light. But in the case of EMS, not only does the user have their own chakra, but it fuses with the chakra of the eyes they're transplanting, giving them eternal light, and stronger chakra. That's why both EMS users eye design is a mix of their original eyes and the transplanter's eyes.

I think in her prime byakugou she will able to store chakra inside her eyes and changes it into sage sharingan.

Well if that was the case both Madara and Izuna could have had EMS. They would just need to exchange eyes. But that didn't happen, so it doesn't work that way.
