Maybe Sasuke went to see Sakura one day and she wasn't there but he ran into Shizune who trained with her and tsunade and hooked up lol. Either way Sakura would know whether she was raising her own child, why would she and Sasuke raise Karins' baby? Why wouldn't Karin raise it alone if Sasuke wanted to stay with Sakura?
