You have no idea in how generic inheritance of kekkei genkai works, nor do I, nor do everyone else in this forum.

Purity of blood is abstract concept. There are genes and genes, nd some of them inherited or not, but as I said before, we have no way to predict how this works in this fictional universe.

One thing I know, there was only one Uchiha in the beginning and he married a person without Sharingan, and that didn't extinguish the Sharingan.

And we know that in real life in-breeding can destroy a family very fast through genetic diseases, so a lot of Uchiha married non-Uchiha to keep their legacy alive. It had happened before.
