1: Names dont translate, its international rule.
Out of respect and the fact people dont respond to translations and analogues.

2: If VIZ says It's SaRada i dont care how japanese read L and R.

3: There is no way in hell i'll believe that Salad (bunch of vegetables) and Sarad-a/Salad-a mean and sound the same in japanese.

Japanese does not have a hiragana (the smallest piece of language - similar to a syllable, but not exactly) for the sound "LA"

The closest hiragana to it is ら, or in English, "RA"
