Shoudn't She be closer to the Sage's power since Sasuke was directly upgraded by him. Madara,Obito, and Itachi should technically be more diluted than her (at the time they awakened Sharingan)

As for Sharingan and positive emotions...didn't Sasuke advance to three tomoe from acknowledging his friendship/bond with Naruto?
