It looks like Salad is really Sasuke's and Karin's. I am guessing Karin died giving birth to Salad, Sasuke gave her to Sakura and then left and never came back. Sakura raised her the best she could pretending she and Sasuke were married and were a happy couple. She put up the fake pictures, wears the clothes. When she breaks the house, she faints because her little lie came crashing down. She most likely lied to give Salad and normal childhood.

What is confirmed:

Sasuke hasnt been in the village since Salad was a baby. Meaning even if SS happened, Sasuke still doesnt much of a crap.
