If Kakashi was able to master the sharingan then I'm sure she can. But you're right about the EMS. But you can have a MS and not go blind. Just don't go ape sh*t and use it 24/7.

She was born with eyes that look like what every other Uchiha have, so she obviously can awaken the Sharingan. Now MS can be a problem but who knows, maybe she wont want to awaken those eyes! Either way she can start practicing at adding up chakra into her forehead like her mother did, and learn to be an excellent Medical Ninja

The healing abilities isn't given to her just because she's Sakura's child, she has to learn that sh*t from Sakura, and if she doesn't have proper chakra control then there is no way she's learning how to heal. Although, even if she gets Sharingan, the farthest she's ever going to get is 3 tomoe. Bolt will probably be her closest friend or some crap and if Naruto seals bijuu chakra into his son then bye bye Salad.
