Her father is not fully blind, his vision is perfect and probably the best in the manga considering his Doujutsu. His original eyes are near-blind but these current eyes are his own now. They have adapted to, and become Sasuke's, as confirmed by Madara.

Genes not abilities. And he even has Itachi's eyes atm, but the fact is Sasuke took a wife outside the Uchiha clan, so it's doubtful her eyes would be strong, and the other possibility is because she's half Uchiha, those glasses are to protect her eyes.

It has not been fully explained how MS damages the user's eyes and whether or not the condition is internal and can be transferred through dominant genes. It is certainly a possibility.
