That site belongs to Pierott.Kishimoto has no idea of what's being marketed.They even spoilt Naruto losing an arm before the chapter concluded thanks to the promos and also completely misleaded on Sasuke's importance by including his one line among the 3 main one liners in the movie.Kishimoto wouldn't have allowed it had he known about this

So that immediately destroys what you previously said, prove that bolt doesn't have some special KKG that we don't know about. He's half hyuuga after all, maybe he can expel chakra from his body?

& You're wrong anyways, sharingan can only copy handseals & body movements, if a jutsu like rasengan doesn't have any seals then it can't be copied, same goes for fuuinjutsu, sasuke can't copy & use the FTG mark simply by looking at it. & Assuming we're talking about a 3T sasuke then he'd have to have a grasp of the nature manipulation in order to perform the jutsu on top of that. If sasuke never bothers to learn fuuton, then even if he copied the nonexistent handseals for FRS he still can't use it.

Kakashi knows multiple elements, 3T sasuke knows raiton & katon so using kakashi as an example is invalid, he has the ability to copy jutsus of different nature releases.

As for rasengan, just refer to the timeline. Kakashi created raikiri as a result of failing to add raiton to a rasengan, kakashi had raikiri before he had the sharingan, therefore he learned how to create the rasengan before he even had the eye.
