I feel like she just has a better attitude, and as the series progresses you will she her be more skilled than bolt. All bolt wants to is surpass Naruto. I think that Kishi is going to make Sarada Naruto's apprentice and Boruto Sasuke's apprentice. Long story short Naruto surpassed sasuke at the end, so I think in time Sarada will surpass bolt.

Right now salad seems to be the better character out of the two. Bolt honestly just feels like a gary stu w/ a copy & paste of naruto's attitude, I'm sure he'll get some more development but kishi is doing a decent job w/ a female character for once.
