[Question] Sakuzuki & General Citizens

If a no-name citizen from any country under the world Government walked up to Sakazuki to say hi, or talk to him. Would he be civil with them? or would he be rude and gruff like he is with his subordinates? Does he have a nice side?

The nice part of him are.....being rude and civil towards people with no exception. So yeah, he would magma punched everyone who tries to be nice to him.

He wouldn't kill them for no reason, he would if they were interrupting him while he was hunting pirates or if he was under orders but he wouldn't "just" kill everyone, he would imo just be a very unpleasant superior son of a stitch, like a grouchy old man but otherwise a normal guy

I agree with this, he wouldn't just kill them, Sakazuki ain't that bad.
