It's not Katsuya. If it is, then it's safe to say Tsunade has died.
The latter would be crap IMO because I wanted to see her die on screen.

sakura and sasuske didnt summon manda and Katsuyu. instead their children. cause manda is dead and katsuyu is with tsunade.
