Sakura's strong punch or Naruto's Rasengan?

I would rather be hit with the Rasengan. **** Sakura, if she punched me my face would be gone. If the Rasengan hit me there would be a small chance fro survival.

Rasengan's effects are stronger/better, but in terms of destructive power/damage? Sakura's punch craps on a regular rasengan.

I've yet to see Rasengan from Naruto do anything more than kick up dust when pushed into the ground, Sakura punches the ground and it casually gives birth to earthquakes.
