I dont think the things you circled are the juubi things. If they were, that means she blew al of those things in close proximity to her away. But that wasn't the case, as we can see in the next page she is completely surrounded.

personally i think its being overrated sage mode naruto could do that and tsunade. all she did was punch the ground which was already messed up as hell from the battle. P.S. not a sakura hater just tired of threads over and under rating her.
