Chakra control is something you have to concentrate to do. Tree climbing with feet, water walking, CES and breaking genjutsu all require people to use their chakra precisely for a desired effect. Sakura has been unconscious and been shown to resist genjutsu in The Last. Could that be because she has split personalities is the question.
