I would expect Tsunade had taught her much more than medical ninjutsu and brute strength. This might actually mark the beginning of Sakura acting as a good heroine if her skills are shown to be impressive enough.

For real though Sakura being actually strong is a lot easier to take than Sasuke wanting to be Hokage. Still she will probably utilize Milotic regeneration seeing how it involves storing chakra soooooooo Tsunade #2
