Even if she has realized she loves him (which she doesn't), it's too late now. It's obvious Naruto has his eyes on Hinata now. And Sakura loves Sasuke, get it through your skull please.

Suddenly to hear the wall flower girl be on top giving a pep-talk just seems to lift everyone's spirit up, and Sakura was just reacting to the shock and to Hinata's words. Even if she were jealous (which I doubt), she would not be even thinking about that during that moment - they are all just trying to win.

aw people an have their different opinions. Sakura's facial expression can be interpreted in many different ways. Maybe she realized her love for Naruto. Maybe she realizes the connection Hinata has with Naruto. Maybe she's impressed that Hinata was able to do something like this. All we can say for sure, is that she is surprised. Imo, it's more likely the third option.

Wouldn't the connection be between the allied shinobi that Hinata refers to in her speech and not between Hinata and naruto?

I don't think she really loves Naruto in the way like Hinata does. She loves him in a friendly way because they have gone through alot together. And I think that a lot of the konoha 11 already knew Hinatas feelings for Naruto back when they were genin. Only Naruto was a little oblivious .

How many times does it have to be stated in the manga that she loves sasuke for people to actually understand that she loves sasuke? Even kishmoto said in an interview naruto and sakura are close but she truly loves sasuke.

In the same interview Kishimoto said, that Sakura was an honest girl in the confession, so... she loves Naruto too...

I'd say it doesn't. I can't take anything fillerish serious if they have a filler where Konohas women and children defend Konoha from sumos.
