Reasons ​

- the medical ninjutsu requires a lot of chakra. An 'S' rank technique, which regrows organs requires even more chakra. According to the databook Sakura's chakra reserves are below avarage ( only 2. 5 points )
- Tsunade stated

use the Byakugou. No one was able to master it besides her.
- Sakura's body isn't as durable as Tsunade's. She is not Senju or Uzumaki. Her body is regular. After using the SS or the B one or two times she would most likely die.
- Sakura says "I've almost stored the necessary chakra" To use the Byakugou you need to store the chakra in a seal, like Tsunade's Yin seal. But Sakura has no seal on her forehead. What I think is: She started to collect the nature chakra to enter in Sage Mode. It's asspull, but let's admit Sakura deserves the spotlight after 631 chapters.

I'm not sure it will be sage mode, I think it's auto heal she won't need a seal like Tsunade. Then again she has the best chakra control out of team 7 and that thing on Hashi's forehad resemble Sakura's. So if its Sage mode or auto heal it's not an asspull and was hinted long ago.

she studies alot and has trained with tsunade so she COULD control the balance of natural energy well. She probably needs to store a large amount of chakra to activate it seeing as how you can't be a sage without large amounts of chakra xd

I honestly feel like Sage Mode and the manipulation of nature is the key to defeating or weakening the Juubi....

Bro with all due respect what u just said is a bit disrespectful on Tsunade's behalf. Tsunade is an Uzumaki and Senju descendant meaning if there is something call a slug-sage her chakara reservoir, life force and control of chakara is up to par. She has the perfect body for slug sage but yet kishi never gave it to her so what makes u think sakura would get slug-sage. Her power-boost would most likely be Medically related or new techniques for example genjutsu.
