It has been stated in the manga that sakura might surpass tsunade one day, Do you think sakura in her prime might be capable of completely healing damage done to the chakra pathway system? (Tsunade claims that the damage to the pathway system is beyond her medical jutsu capabilities)

I think kishi lost the opportunity to show sakura's true potential, I don't think he will ever show her prime

The manga is nearly at a end, Kishi long since past the point of showing Sakura potential.How can someone who intelligence and chakra control was at such a high level as a genin not be able to uses Genjutsu, something she supposely was a natural at and any chakra nature elements, when Sasuke has master Lightning and Fire and Naruto is at least capable with Wind.At this point, Kishi has taken a "Bros before Hoes" attitude and completely f&*ked over the Sakura.

Sakura has one of the best potentials in the manga. She can learn a high level genjutsu. She traps her opponents with it, them beats them to death.

Let's list Kishi's development failures with Sakura:
1.) Best chakra control in team 7 in part 1, but no element given. He's only used her chakra control to heal.
2.) Natural affinity for genjutsu, but never given a chance to show it off. Given her chakra control Sakura should have been a monster when it came to genjutsu or at least above average like Kurenai.
3.) Combat trained by Tsunade, but after the Sasori fight she's never been involved.
4.) Has deduction and analytical skills on par with Kakashi, she did figure out Obito's jutsu after seeing it only one time and before Kakashi, but she's never been given a chance to use those skills in battle.
5.) Monster strength, but never been given the chance to live up to her nickname of Tsuande Jr.

She isn't remotely close to accomplishing any of the expectations set for her.

But she may in fact surpass Tsunade during some time-skip or something. It's too late to show her progression in the manga I think

Just cuz the mangas almost over doesent mean Kishi won't show an epilogue at the end with older naruto, sasuke, and sakura

2. Tsunade has healing seal that makes her like wolverine, this is due to senju DNA. Sakura dosn't
3. Tsuade is raw strenght, Sakura needs to use chakra and still she fails horribly.
4. Tsunade can litteraly change a person's nervous system like she did with kabuto, Sakura can't do this.
5. Tsunade is super fast, Sakura isn't even close to Tsunade's speed.

Nothing proves that sakura can't summon slug . kishimoto made 2 new slugs for sakura in the covers . Why would he do that if she can't?

3. Tsuade is raw strenght, Sakura needs to use chakra and still she fails horribly.

Hows come she fail ?? she is the only one beside tsunade who could do it and its pretty much badass when she destroy pein summon \third kazikage \some of sasori puppets\hirku\iron sand\sasori body\zetsu.

and earth \mountains. and You call that fail .

sakura does have good raw strength the time she pulled sasori puppet proves her raw strength .

Just because tsunade have a jutsu doesn't mean sakura should have it or fails . Sakura is a genjutsu type unlike tsunade but she pretty much mini tsunade
she have healing super strength and power up someone jutsu and restore someone chakra.
sakura also have jutsu to boost her speed tsunade doesn't

I don't see why not, medical ninjutsu is one thing she can't get bashed in. Plus chakara reserves don't seem to be a problem for her since she is confident in restoring Naruto's chakara and healing him, shes even already done a good amount of it.
