Contracts are contract and you have no say in the matter and they’re binding by Law if Kishi decides the sky is purple in His Manga or He gives permission to someone else to change the color it's legally binding in the eyes of the law sines only Kishi owns Naruto and only He can say what is or is not canon. You can’t nor I unless Kishi gives us that power and He can review the work before it’s publish to make sure it is accurate with His concept as Canon. Read up on the law and believe me Kishi has an army of layers on His side to ensure He doesn’t get screw by pretenders out of His work or the royalties due to Him.
