Sakura's not really useless

In a war she is useful

in Team 7 she is not..... Both Naruto and Sasuke have already advanced healing skills due to Ootsuki inheritance that put hers in second place

Plus Naruto showcased and even better mastery of chakra and is able to produce even better CES techniques then Sakura..... The Sauce could likely do the same

When it comes to battle she is useless. Just look the Kaguya arc. All she could do was drop a punch in the end on her and Kaguya was distracted too. She didn't even use herself as bait/tank/distraction like she did with madara

Sasuke's only use in the manga is to suffer pain from Sasuke.
