Why would Hagoromo give Naruto that information and not allow Hamura to tell his own story? Plus it would take away from overall plot.

Different scenarios,Minata did'nt have the time to explain everything which is what Kushina even said to Naruto.Besides why would a normal girl who has no connection to either bloodline, be chosen by the Sage's brother for a power up?It makes no sense whatsoever.

Yes,Sasuke and Naruto were related to Hagoromo by way of being reincarnations of his sons so he gave them his power.It'll be beyond a asspull for Sakura to receive a power up from Hamura when she has nothing to do with him.

It kinda does,look at what Hagoromo's power did to Sasuke and Naruto strength wise.If Sakura reaches even half of that then she won't be normal anymore.In fact the entire thing would go against what her character is about.

1. Sakura's a main character.

2. There are 4 people currently in the battle field so Sakura being chosen wouldn't be random.

3. It's Kishi's manga and anything can happen.

Kishi already said she has no past. No interesting backstory. Whatsoever. So why should she get a power up based on the past that would automatically bring about some backstory?
If anything a certain hyuuga is due for a power up. After all its clear harugomo didn't inherit the byakugan... so by best guess his brother did.
