Before I get flamed to death, please read the bullets below:
1. The term "Yang Seal" is only a play on words--I am actually only referring to Sakura completing a version of Tsunade's "Yin Seal" created using Naruto's YANG chakra. This still may be correctly called a Yin Seal (but using only Yang chakra).
Note: It is unknown whether Tsunade's Yin Seal is created by using stored Yin, Yang, or the chakra combination of them both. But it is noted in the manga that she created the "Yin" seal by concentrating/chakra manipulation and storing the chakra in the diamond on her forehead. Sakura is known for having excellent chakra control; Make note of this.
2. Naruto obviously has the ability to give Sakura BMode chakra.
3. Sakura is Tsunade's apprentice, it is feasible that she learned the basics of this technique (Yin Seal).
4. With enough chakra AND the chakra control to concentrate it, it is feasible that she could create a version of Tsunade's Yin Seal. Sakura has always been talented in chakra control/manipulation[\U], this is why she became a successful Medical Nin. If Naruto gave her the chakra, it's possible that she could have the natural ability to manipulate his chakra into a Yin Seal.
5. As a Medic Nin, creating a Yin Seal would be the best Power Up for Sakura. Although it would not profit her to use the technique on herself (because cell division would possibly kill her, since she is not Uzumaki or Senju), it would allow her to play an extremely important role in the war as the ultimate Medical Nin. She could use the seal to continuously heal shinobi on the battlefield without running low on chakra herself. Naruto can heal people but his BMode does not last for a long time. A Yin Seal could be used without a time limit, and definetally outlast BM Naruto on the battlefield.
6. Sakura's purpose in this war has yet to be shown... a great storyline for her has yet to be portrayed. It is obvious now that she will not be Naruto's wife, it has been foreshadowed to be Hinata. Most people agree that her main role in the war will be connected to her prowess as a Medic Nin. A Yin Seal would make her the strongest medical Nin in the War.
7. With her "regular" stored chakra (in the Yin Seal), Tsunade was able to survive being cut in half, summon her Slug, and afterwards boast that she could still heal 4 Kage that were killed/near death. Imagine how many people Sakura could heal with a Yin Seal full of the Kuubi's Concentrated Chakra?!?
8. Kishi has obviously ALWAYS foreshadowed Naruto, Sasuke AND SAKURA as main actors in this Manga..
Even in the beginning of the current manga, she is drawn next to Naruto and Sasuke showing That she is still important in Kishi's eyes as a main shinobi in the storyline. Almost everyone agrees that he will eventually give Sakura a much needed Power-Up and a stronger role in this War. A Yin Seal would give her the Power and Purpose that she is bound to eventually receive... Next to Naruto and Sasuke, possibly the New 3 Legendary Sannin.
Imagine this: Naruto hands her a large portion of BM chakra and she gains the cloak... She performs a Seal and concentrates ALL OF THE YANG CHAKRA into a diamond on her forehead (cloak disappears)... Then she uses this chakra to increase the POWER of her attacks and the SPEED of her healing Medical jutsu.
She would gain fame from the War, becoming the World's Greatest Medic Nin (assuming Tsunade is about to die).
Now... You may proceed to let the Flame War begin.
