So i dont read the manga so dont bash me for this but if your up to date with the episodes how does sakura get tsunade healing mark on her head which i guess makes her stronger, does that mean anyone cN pick up on this jutsu or you have to be preety close to the senju bloodline?

Sakura isnt anywhere near the senju bloodline. You have to have natural talent at chakra control and be super hardworking, Shizune who has amazing chakra control as a medic couldnt do it. Its very hard to accomplish.
