According to jump alpha the mark Sakura has is the same as Tsunade's, the 100 healings mark. This mean that what Sakura is using right now her full strength and it is much greater because she doesn't have to keep chakra focused in the seal while fighting.

It's not.
Tsunade's one is a jutsu, Sakura's one is a seal.
And Sakura isn't using the chakra from the seal for the moment. Just her own, outside the seal since she doesn't have to send part of it into the seal since now it's finally formed.

But Chatte, did you search on the spoiler that were put in the sources I found earlier? :/ there said Hakugou and then Mangapanda romanizes it into Hyakugou, and it makes reference to the seal itself, not any jutsu...

I have the raws and I talked to japanese natives.
They said both Mangapanda and *********** got the name wrong and that Kanji-wise, Sakura is closer to that scinto/buddisth mythology.
And the spoilers on 632...I was the one of the people who gave them...so I don't know what spoilers you're talking about.
