Later edit: Sakura's background is a complete mystery and when I say background I mean The Haruno Clan's background. And coincidentally so is the background of Hagoromo's brother Hamura and I doubt Kishi would introduce him without elaborating on his life. What If Hamura was born with less power but Instead had greater control of the power he did possess. Also what if he was immune to Hagoromos & Kaguyas visual powers? That would Explain Sakura's natural resistance to genjutsu. Hagoromo came to both Naruto & Sasuke when they were on the verge of death so what if Hamura comes to Sakura. I know it seems like a stretch but Kishi single handily connected Sasuke and Narutowho are main characters to Hagoromoin one to two chapters, why can't the same be done with Sakura who's also a main character.​

Haruno clan is a fanfiction made up on the base, the sad truth is Sakura comes from a civilian family not a ninja clan which Kishi stated multiple times that Sakura represents a normal girl.

Kaguya was able to identify Naruto and Sasuke's lineage by activating Byakugan, she would have mentioned about Sakura (If she is linked to Hamura) :/

I don't think so. I think that Hamura is gonna give power to Naruto. I think the Uchiha/Senju/Hyuuga (possibly) are descended from Hagoromo, and the Uzumaki (maybe Hyuuga) might be from Hamura. I think that Naruto might be directly related to the guy, so Hamura might give him power to being him closer to Kaguya's level.
