Some people say she could be as fast as Lee because her legs could carry a bigger amount of weight just because she's a strong person like Tsunade. Why do people assume this? Lee's been training his body with weights for a lot of years and now Sakura just because she's as strong as a tank (or that's what people here in the base say), she can carry more weight than Lee? Yeah Sakura can't do that (Probably if she trained herself), but Lee is pretty beastly with the Weights he's even more of a beast without them (Limiters you could say). But i do feel like Sakura needs to train with weights her biggest weakness is Speed in her base form.
