Sakura's illness is naruto illness?

I think having a huge chakra drains the body a lot after sakura releasing the huge chakra that she was saving drained her body I think this sickness makes you faint, fever, drains your chakra maybe what kurama thought that naruto was slacking off and getting weak because of peace is not actually that it's because naruto is already have this disease because of chakra.

Naruto's dying but atleast he's dream came true also he bought peace to the ninja world. Death of naruto might be also a beginning for boruto and the war that would be coming.
