My guess is she has been storing chakra since she began training with Tsunade
She waits for the perfect time to use it like Lee w/ removing his waits, or unlocking gates

She's been storing up CHAKRA for YEARS in a SPACE behind her FOREHEAD

Saving it for the right occasion

With that Chakra reservoir her body ability to create new cells is accelerated

the cells divide rapidly spreading throughout her body and regenerating any damaged organs

Its like having the ability to reincarnate herself

her enemy can slash away at her all he wants , but she can't be killed.
SIDE EFFECTS
any person can only regenerate new cells at a limited amount of time
if she speeds that up she will shorten her life.

Sakura will likely do as naruto and surpass the transformation of her master. Sasuke surpassed itachi instead of orochimaru (kabuto did that) with ems so he likely will have ps as his power up. Naruto will get some sage/ bm boost sakura likely has a more powerful version of tsunade's jutsu coupled with slug sage.

I disagree with everyone emphasising on her talkign about collecting chakara to use it. She has been healing alot Throughout the war. Why couldn't she mean she is just gathering her chakra back at the point in time since she was done healing Naruto or just before? Hell, ill even stretch to say she was storing it little by little throughout the war aside from all the chakra she was using to heal.

There's not point in her having a ridiculously long prep time for this technique on a regular basis. It would make it pointless almost. Which is why i think what i said above. Maybe it normally doesn't need long prep but because of the circumstances it did require a bit.

I don't think she will show something Tsunade has shown us, if she does it won't have the same drawbacks.
