Sakura is obviously financially stable, and yes of course she is a doctor, the best one in the village, that's how she can manage a fancy house and support herself and Sarada alone. And yes she has a loan on the house, that's normal, it's a method of payment that rich people also use.

I was trying to say that you wouldn't normally faint towards your house breaking if your the one that destroyed it, regardless of whether or not it was intentional or accidental.
I'm aware that its for the plot.
