My parents built our home from scratch 4 years ago, and guess what? They too got alone and it's paid off!

I think its just that she has gone through so many houses. When she wrecked that house, Sarada did not seem too concerned or surprised. Implying maybe this is a regular thing. Naruto does say she has a temper.

OT: Sakura sells her organs. Sakura has no specialty in medical ninjutsu that puts her above others who use magical energy to make people get healed. If she did it faster for more money when it's easy for her, that would be unethicaaaal. I don't see why Katsuyu isn't just summoned every week or month to heal everybody. People must be racist to slug heal pets.

Loan = Interest. That means 100% + a percentage. Over a set time. You at least acknowledge she isn't rich atm?
If she had the Uchiha inheritance. Now would be the time to use it or it will cost more in the long run. That's an extra slice of the inheritance gone on a house. This isn't really a regular family with cars etc aswell.
