Sorry, the guy still loves Sakura, and unfortunately for you, Hinata has never cared about Naruto, only what he means to and for her. If she actually cared about him, she would have given his feelings some type of thought,instead of blatantly ignoring what he wants. She has never truly given Naruto the time of day.
