I don't know about insane, but the hate and fondness of sakura grew with that chapter. The problem with her is that she doesn't know how to back up her words( the sasuke incident........getting naruto poisoned......:eww What she needs to do next chapter is redeem herself, and i mean really REDEEM her character in general. But if she does have some new power, then it had better not put her anywhere near Naruto and Sasuke and at least top 30.

But we didn't see her practicing with Tsunade since part 2, for me is blatantly clear that Kishi forgot about Sakura tbh until now, so now all of sudden she is storing chakra in order to unleash her true power without any hints that the disciple of Tsunade most probably learned something similar to her before the war arc...
