(Do not take this seriously) I think Naruto will defeat whoever the final villain turns out to be. In this moment, he would've given that fight his everything and will suffer severe injuries. So Sakura finds his body and mourns. She comes to a decision to use the One's Own Life Reincarnation (Big shocker) and revive him. She does this so he can live a life of peace and no longer have her around as a "burden"

Chiyo's used it on Sakura during the fight against Sasori and didn't die.

And Sakura can't use this justu.Chiyo was the only one who knew how to use it.And she's dead now,and didn't train Sakura in it.
