i would say earth and/or water... i mean she was controlling water when she removed sasori's poison from kankuro... :hint:

Probably Yang (vitality = medical ninjutsu, strenght enhancing) and maybe also Yin (genjutsu, chakra control).

If she had one I actually think her chakra nature could be spring since she is a Sakura of spring.
