I disagree, Sakura doesn't have large reserves "naturally" & she's only opened her seal twice which means for a majority of the battle she's Bering using her base chakra pool which isn't huge. That means that Sakura is able to use the precise amount of chakra when using a jutsu.

Chakra control isn't about how much you have but how you use it.

Before the sages power up Naruto couldn't even make Rasengan by himself. Sakura is far superior and always has been at chakra control.
