Yes. Considering the chakra transmigration/reincarnation has only applied to people who share the bloodline.

Senju -- Ashura -> Hashirama -> Naruto (the Uzumaki clan confirmed as a branch of the Senju)
Uchiha-- Indra -> Madara -> Sasuke

With Kaguya being the progenitor of the byakugan and sharingan/rinnegan and the mother to Hargomo and grandmother to Ashura (Senju) and Indra (Uchiha). The likely candidate for her reincarnation would be someone who shares that bloodline. Which most people assume will be Hinata. Hinata is the only relevant Hyuga who possess the byakugan; which can trace it's lineage back to Kaguya. Just like the Uchiha can trace their lineage back to Kaguya for the sharingan. While Madara was able to awaken the sharingan-rinnegan eye by possessing the juubi and dual rinnegan. Kaguya had the sharingan-rinnegan eye with dual byakugan. It's improbable to think Sakura will genesis those eyes for herself when they are a bloodline limit.

The chakra seal on Sakura's forehead doesn't mean anything outside of it's stated function. Both Tsunade and Mito Uzumaki (Hashirama's wife) possessed one and both of them are closer to Kaguya than Sakura are; by extension that they are both Senju descendants. The circles on Naruto's cloths are a symbol of sage mode. Hashirama had them, Naruto has them and the wood avatar of Hashirama's face on Madara's body had the same kind of circle. The symbolism behind Sakura's circle could mean something different. It certainly doesn't mean sage mode.

She got stabbed and still could move? This rod is likely greatly enchanced with double real rinnegan( not that fake edo shit) and juubi, far more potent than the ones Hashirama got stabbed with.

There rod's effect was never instant .... and it takes multiple rods to paralyze a individual with strong chakra. Also U guys didnt notice Naruto pulling out the rod (Center Middle panel)? No to mention didnt you guys find funny that Sakura sat on her behind while Naruto and Sasuke was dealing with the "heavy rain" even though she can theoretically bust some rock?
