So how did Sakura lose her inner self. Like what happened to Inner Sakura in Part 2, it could have added to her genjutsu hype that Kakashi gave her in the Land of Waves. Her subconsious self could have also added to the humor that she brought to the manga early in Part 1 cuz I think she is the only female in this manga who brings in the entertainment.

Imo, inner Sakura was never a thing, it was just kishi mixing up Sakura's thoughts and reality.

Inner Sakura was her true personality, which she in part two, transformed into.

Kishi wanted people to like her more. So got rid of her extra annoying ego. That's my theory anyway.
