Maybe you should look at Naruto in the previous chapter - when Kishimoto highlights the eye lines and adds shadows under the eyes, and when they drip sweat, it always indicates the person is exhausted. Sakura is putting all her efforts into healing Naruto and her appearance is drawn to match.

ha ha she is by far the prettiest kunoichi outta the 4, in my opinion. Hinata would be pretty if it wasnt for the no pupil thing...its like your staring into her soul lol
i doubt shes wearing makeup, but im sure kishi does that somewhat intentionally to help her be pretty or emphasize natural beauty. Gaara is the only one allowed to wear eye liner on the battlefield and it be badass!
