I had read your post, and i still stating all from my previous post, i know thet are all different jutsu, all i did was clarifying some stuff:

1. Byakugou means Strength of a Hundred Men. Byakugou no jutsu means Stregth of a Hundred men Technique.
2. It was never stated that you need to master Creation Rebirth to master Byakugou no Jutsu. Never in the manga!
3. Shizune stated that Sakura have Byakugou no jutsu, the technique (jutsu = technique):

   (The fact that she stated "Hyakugou" in the first scan was a miss-translation, there is a thread about that, "Byakugou" was the proper translation, but since Tsunade's Byakugou and Sakura's are written differently in Japanese, despite it sounds the same, made the translators made a mistake.)
   
   Anyway, Sakura has Byakugou no jutsu, just quoting Shizune's words here.
   I am not saying she can expand her seal and tank everything like Tsunade does, just that she has Byakugou no jutsu.

Sakura mastered Byakugou no jutsu, it was said by Shizune, that doesn't mean to me she can release the seal in her whole body and tank like Tsunade. Just that... you are getting scary in a crazy way...

...You're getting too excited. You're the one that's confuse now. Yes, I know the strength seal is the diamond on her forehead. Can we get pass that point now?

As you pointed out, chakra released from the seal manifests the diamond on her forehead. In other words, that diamond is a sign of chakra already being released through the seal. Yet, no other distinct markings form.

Yet, she was able to do these markings.

And then there's the page Keimil provided; Shizune stating that she has the strength of a hundred men technique.


Anyways, the reason I'm saying all this is because you said there were no hints. You say those markings all over her body would mean she has the technique. So what would a hint be? Now, not only has she shown similar markings as when Tsunade released hers (the one shown at the inception of jutsu). But Shizune is quoted saying she has it. That part is now manga fact.

Creation Rebirth and strength of a hundred men (the technique ) are the top tier justu to learn if your a medical nin

It instantly heals all wounds and regenerates limbs nothing beats that.

The point i am making is that sakura does not have those two justu and that she will eventually learn them.

Let me fix this.

It is the pinacle of medical ninjutsu. Since yo uact like you know so much you should know the jutsu kills you.

So when i say somethign better i obviously mean something that would not have such drawbacks and basically does the same job. Sir. Think.

BTW many things are classed as being at the pinacle. It doesn't mean something else formulated cannot be as good or better without having to shorten your life. Get over yourself.

The byakugou isn't all that so don't act like it is out of Sakura's reach or that she can't use something that surpasses the byakugou and its drawbacks.

It's up to the writer to know if she can't handle those jutsu. Most likely he is going to have her step it up a level. Old generation had imperfect instant healing. Next gen will fix it or work around it. That's just how i see it.

Look at jiraya, imperfect sage mode. Naruto gets perfect SM.

Orochimaru imperfecct sage, kabuto perfect sage.

The most similar issue about seal and Byakugou
For example. Uchiha.
Itachi sharingan eyes could achieved Amaterasu.
Sasuke took over Itachi eyes and achieved Amaterasu.
But Sasuke eyes now is different.

Back to Tsunade & Sakura.
Upon arriving on the battleground, Tsunade heal Shikamaru.
Picture in black and white sometimes are very misleading, and hard to notice.
In the Amine. Normal chakra is blue. But Medic chakra is green - healing. Bijuu is red = strong. etc...
So when Tsunade & Sakura are healing others, both of them their healing chakra are different from normal chakra.
Also their yin seal change to .....
Notice that after Tsunade heal Shikamaru, she put (or pat) her hand on Sakura forehead face.
This, was like the way how Itachi always touch Sasuke eyes brow. Could this be sometime that Kishi never revealed.
Of course, maybe whatever i mentioned, could not be true.
