The Animal path can summon the Cerberus and other summons to back it up and send them attack. Sakura will waste chakra summoning + fighting while the seal is active. Animal path can wait it out as summonings have a time limit.

Sakura is destroyed by Animal Path. The Cerberus is literally game over for her, Animal Path has no need to use the chameleon and will just use his aerial abilities and use the bird instead, game over- because it looks like Sakura and Katsuyu (the true ninja among the 2 and she's the summoning?) have no aerial abilities. Good luck trying to seal that Cerberus Sakura (oh wait)

Nah, Sakura can increase the amount of acid, she just increases the amount of chakra katsuya would use to do the acid as katsuya said her power depends on the power of the seal supporting her.
