If we accept that Naruto can use FTG (which has been hinted at, so its possible) then its plausible to think that Naruto might have marked Sakura with the FTG seal marker and that he will be the one to teleport to and save her after sensing that Madara is not on his side.

She can die or be cripple, Sakura is up against Dark Zetsu and Madara in a noter dimension alone,That Chakra bar eliminates a person chakra and puts the person under Madara's Rinnegan control. Add to this the fact that Kishi said a main character would die and Sakura fans keep saying She is a main character. Can't have it both ways. Also add that Kishi said He just doesn't see Sakura as a Heroin because of Her character quarks. Something will happen to Sakura and it's not power ups.

My guess is Madara will get his eye back and Obito using the last of his strength warps Sakura out of Kamui land before giving her his other Sharingan.

OT: There are three ways next chapter will go:

• Someone saves her, such as Obito by using Kamui, or maybe sacrificing himself to do save her from Madara's lethal attack. Or maybe Sasuke or Naruto, but given that the stake is already flying towards Sakura, I found kind of unlikely that the are able to jump into Kamui's dimension and rescue Sakura before the gets impaled.
• The stake pierces her, and she activates Byakugou or Creation Rebirth healing her wounds.
• She dies... Hopefully not.

Unfortunatelly evading is not a option for Sakura, since she didn't see it coming, and, let's face it, she is not fast enough...

I don't see another possible way that things will go...

Regarding to Obito's eyes, if plot needs that the Rinnegan goes to Madara, It will, doesn't matter if you think Sakura was slow, or that she had one job, Kishi's plot no jutsu is in the middle, and if he has to use Sakura's humanity to deliver the eye to the villain, he will.
